Prices of goods

All prices are quoted in Polish zlotys, euros or US dollars and include VAT. The price of each commodity is binding upon an order by the Client. Delivery of goods shall be selected by the customer and specified in the order.

Waiting time on request

1. The waiting time for order = processing time + delivery time shipment. Delivery time is not equal to the time the order!

Polish Post - priority mail in Europe, delivery time approx. 9 days and the US - about 14 days.

3. The shop is not liable for non-delivery or delay in delivery caused by erroneous or inaccurate address given by the customer.

The right of withdrawal / Returns

1. In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 "About protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product" customer may return goods purchased in our store for any reason within 10 days from the date of delivery. This is possible only when the customer has notified store about wanting to return within 3 days from the date of delivery, the product was not used, or was not damaged in any way. The store guarantees the refund equal to the price of the goods. The money will be refunded within 14 working days by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer. The cost of returning goods is not refundable.
2. If the purchased goods are factory defects, please send it by mail or left at our office in 42-200 Częstochowa ul. Soplica 23/2.
3. The product will be exchanged for full value, and if it is no longer possible refund the money.
